SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

Overview
Sealwright LLC (“Sealwright,” “we,” “us”) offers optional SMS text message notifications to customers who place orders on sealwright.com. This page describes how we collect consent, what messages you will receive, and how to opt out.
How We Collect Consent (Opt-In)
When you place an order on sealwright.com, the order form includes a phone number field and a separate, unchecked checkbox with the following disclosure:
Important:
- The checkbox is not pre-checked — you must actively check it to opt in
- The checkbox is separate from other consent language (e.g., Terms and Conditions agreement)
- Checking the box is not required to complete your purchase — consent is not a condition of purchase
- You can place an order without opting in to text messages
Opt-In Confirmation Message
When you opt in by checking the box and completing your order, you will receive the following confirmation text message:
What Messages You Will Receive
If you opt in, you will receive text messages only about:
- Order confirmation
- Filing status updates (submitted to NY DOS, processing, completed)
- EIN acquisition status
- Document readiness notifications
- Responses to questions you text us
We do not send:
- Marketing or promotional messages
- Advertising
- Messages unrelated to your order
- Messages to anyone who has not opted in
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Typically you will receive 2–5 messages per order. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month.
Standard Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sealwright LLC does not charge any additional fees for text messages.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive the following confirmation:
After opting out, you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

How to Opt In (START)
If you have previously opted out and wish to receive text messages again, you can text START to our number. You will receive the opt-in confirmation message shown above.
Mobile Information & Data Privacy
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
